Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran remaja masjid dalam mengembangkana karakter religius di Desa Kuala Mandor B Kabupaten Kubu Raya, metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dan bentuk deskriptif. Subjek pneleitian adalah ketua masjid, anggota takmir masyarakat desa kuala mandor B. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan panduan observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis menggunaakan kualitatif. Hasil mrnunjukan bahwa mengembangkan pada melalui program kegiatan masjid. Adapun telah dilakukan oleh yaitu sholawat setiapa malam selasa, merayakan hari besar islam seperti pawai obr, santri, membaca burdah, santunan anak yatim, khotmil Qur’an, buka bersama bulan ramadhan, membersihkan mengadakan perlombaan imtihan TPA. Peran sebagai motivator fasilitator bagi pemuda. faktor pendukung semangat dukungan dari masayarakat keluarga, mendapatkan bantuan dana.
